TeleDart dart syringes work with the well-known double-chamber
system (a drug and an air chamber) and are pressurized with air. By
building up an overpressure inside the air chamber, the drug inside the
drug chamber is injected automatically. This principle has been working reliably since many
years and has been improved again by our technicians. A well reflected
choice of certain plastic material and most modern methods of
production are the base of a number of advantages only TeleDart darts
can offer.

Mode of operation:
By building up an overpressure inside the air chamber, the drug inside the drug chamber is injected automatically.
TeleDart dart syringes have the following advantages:
- temperature-resistant: The plastic material does not dry up in heat and avoids embrittlement in low temperature.
- moisture-proof: TeleDart syringes do not swell up and always fit into the barrel.
- safe releasing of the drug without pressure loss: The elastic membrane inside the air chamber works like a valve and is responsible for the correct injection of the drug. Testing
the function is easy: Using the ventin pin VP press very softly against
the membrane of the red air plunger. If you can watch a soft-elastic
behaviour of the plunger without removing it from the air chambers
opening, the pressure is high enough.
- do not burst: TeleDart dart syringes resist even the hardest impacts. They do not splinter and do not burst.
- perfect flight results:
Only straight darts can fly straight. The construction in one piece
guarantees the latter. The aeordynamics of the dart convinces as well
at longer distances.
- sterilizable: TeleDart dart syringes can be sterilized in an autoclave.
- leak-proof: When used with a TeleDart needle the dart ist 100% leak-proof.
- 100% controlled: Before being shipped to the final user, all darts have been pressurized and their function tested.
- cost-effective: Not only the price is interesting – TeleDart syringes can be used several times if they are handled with care.
The innovation: The TeleDart-Air Pressure Plunger:
Due to the centrifugal force conventional plungers have a tendancy to
release themselves at the moment of the impact. Then the over-pressure
in the air chamber repels unintentionally and a complete releasing of
the drug is no longer possible.
The
new and lightweight design of the TeleDart air pressure plunger
absorbes a lot of the centifugal force. The elastic membrane avoids the
releasing of the plunger at the impact. The pressure remains stable and
the drug is injected safely.
Please be aware that the
spezial design of the air pressure plunger requires a certain care.
Therefore always use the original TeleDart venting pin (VP). In this
way you avoid mechanical damages of the air pressure plunger.
Never use dart syringes with bended or otherwise damaged air pressure plungers.
